Four brothers in the narcotics unit—Tai Wah (Jordan Chan), Lo Mai (Michael Tse), Ah Fung (Jerry Lam), and Ah Tong (Gregory Chu)—were once close. Years ago, they took part in an operation to arrest the international drug lord, Old Man Dad (Paul Chun). Before the mission, their superior, Officer Lu, ordered everyone to surrender their phones to prevent wiretapping. However, Old Man Dad had bribed a corrupt cop, and the four fell into his trap. Ah Fung was killed, and Officer Lu also died in the operation. Ah Tong vanished from the police force, and tensions grew between Lo Mai and Tai Wah. Old Man Dad began to suspect his right-hand man, Third Brother, who had been by his side for years and had secretly been feeding information to Officer Lu to protect himself. Lo Mai and Tai Wah joined forces to capture Dog Tooth, but Third Brother shot him dead and claimed to be an undercover agent, revealing that the bribe from Old Man Dad wasn't just to Officer Chow. Determined to avenge their brothers, Tai Wah and Lo Mai launched a fierce fight.
