Fifteen boys and girls, including Takashi Waku (voiced by Daisuke Sakaguchi), Masaru Kodaka (voiced by Soichiro Hoshi), Daiichi Yamura (voiced by Tomokazu Sugita), and Mako Hanai (voiced by Yuka Iguchi), are eagerly looking forward to the upcoming summer vacation. Just then, a mysterious man named Kokopelli suddenly appears and invites the children to play a computer game. In the game, they will pilot giant robots to fight against evil alien species. Reluctantly, the children make a contract with Kokopelli, and once the contract is signed, no matter what happens, they cannot give up the game. However, what they don't realize is that the energy used to power the giant robots is their own lives. In other words, whether they fail or win, every pilot faces only one outcome: death.
