Criminal profiler Fong Yat-chun (Carlos Chan) receives a mysterious distress call from the future, warning of a series of brutal murders about to occur! Teaming up with detective Hing Ho-lam (Elaine Chan) and forensic assistant Chong Ting-kan (Yuen Ho-chung), he races against time to prevent the killings, but the killer always stays one step ahead. Yat-chun finally learns the caller's true identity and discovers that Ho-lam is in grave danger, along with his own ultimate fate! However, when contact with the future caller is lost, the killer closes in on them. The countdown to death begins as one unsolvable case after another unfolds. Yat-chun must race against the clock to catch the killer and change the future.
