Unremarkable office worker Dennosuke Uchimura is suddenly summoned to another world by a demon king scouting for talent! The demon king, who evaluates Uchimura as incompetent and demotes him to a remote post, recognizes the value of his past work performance and deems him worthy of becoming one of the Four Heavenly Kings. Moved by the demon king's passionate recruitment and generous treatment, Uchimura decides to switch jobs to the demon king's army. However, Uchimura possesses no special abilities whatsoever, and must rely solely on the knowledge and experience he gained as an office worker to take on the business operations of the demon king's army.
