Detective Conan: The Fallen Angel of the Expressway

Conan, Ran, Sonoko, and Kogoro, along with motorcycle enthusiast Masumi Sera, head to Yokohama's Minato Mirai for the motorcycle festival "Kanagawa Moto Cycle Fest." Suddenly, a mysterious "black runaway motorcycle" leaps over their car, and in pursuit is the "Goddess of the Wind"—Kanagawa Prefectural Police Traffic Mobile Unit's Chiharu Hagiwara, whom Ran has seen before. After a fierce chase, Chiharu's motorcycle is severely damaged, and the black motorcycle escapes at the last moment. Later, the group arrives at the Yokohama venue and witnesses the unveiling of a cutting-edge white motorcycle called the "Angel." Just then, news breaks that the runaway black motorcycle has appeared in the city and even evaded the Metropolitan Police. Though its rampage seems purposeless, they notice its body closely resembles the Angel, dubbing it the "Black Angel—Lucifer" and continuing the pursuit. Who is the culprit, and what is their true motive? Meanwhile, Chiharu Hagiwara is haunted by memories of her younger brother Kenji Hagiwara and his colleague Matsuda Jinpei...
