Yusuke Nanase (Ryosuke Yamada), a doctoral student in genetics, remains haunted by the disappearance of his adopted sister Shion. One day, he is tasked with DNA analysis of a 200-year-old skeleton found in the Himalayas, only to discover that its genetic profile matches his sister, who vanished four years ago. As he seeks the truth, his mentor is murdered and the lab's remains are mysteriously stolen. Amidst shifting truths and a hidden conspiracy, Yusuke must unravel the clues across time and space.
