Falling Ends

Set in a newly built luxury apartment complex, the story follows protagonist Asumi Azuma (played by Ugaya Misato), who believes moving in with her husband and daughter marks the start of a blissful life—only to find herself face-to-face with her old rival, Mamiko Magami (played by Shinoda Mariko). On the surface, Mamiko is the epitome of a flawless socialite mother, but beneath that veneer lies an unfathomable obsession and cunning. As their paths cross once more, differences in social class, lifestyle, and family dynamics quickly turn their fragile rapport into a fierce underhanded war fueled by jealousy, infidelity, betrayal, and revenge.
