Gas Man No. 1

Kenji Okamoto (Shun Oguri) is a suspended detective tasked with hunting down the culprit behind a series of bizarre deaths. It all begins when a university professor suddenly swells and explodes on live TV. As everyone reels in shock, a man calling himself the Gas Man (Masahiro Uchida) appears, announcing a spree of killings that plunges society into panic. Kenji and journalist Kyoko (Yu Aoi) race to uncover the truth and capture the killer, but his actions seem to mock the authorities' futile pursuit. With each new murder, society is further eroded by an invisible terror.
