The Moon of the Plain

Adapted from the novel of the same name by Asakura Kasumi, this film tells the story of former middle school classmates Aoto Ken (played by Sakai Masato) and Sudo Yoko (played by Ikawa Haru), who reunite after 35 years. Both single and having accumulated various life experiences, they hit it off and fill the 35 years of separation since middle school, connecting on a deep level.
