Three Farewells

Time passes silently, as plain as water. A quarrel over trivialities ends a long-standing romance, and she must then face the sudden, grim news about her health. With no one to understand her resentment, her inner sorrow, anxiety, and loneliness can only be whispered to a cardboard Korean star she picked up at a street corner. In the glow of the setting sun, it seems to suddenly illuminate the scenery she had always overlooked, allowing her to rediscover the warmth of the world.
