Phoenix Eyes

A Chinese-American teen, Huang Qiong, undergoes a radical race-altering procedure to become a blonde, blue-eyed white girl, hoping to win the title of prom queen and fit in at school. She quickly gains popularity but is torn from her family and cultural roots. As terrifying side effects of the surgery emerge, she must choose between her false white identity and her true self.
