Shuting brings homemade dishes to the company to visit Suolang, only to witness the secretary acting intimately with him, leaving her heart aching. After Suolang steps out temporarily, the secretary mocks Shuting, claiming she's unworthy of Suolang and flaunting their close relationship. Shuting calmly retorts, reminding her to stay in her place. As the secretary, enraged, moves to strike, Suolang returns, immediately shielding Shuting and declaring she is his beloved. He fires the secretary on the spot and tenderly comforts his wife, strengthening their bond.
