In the 1970s, Hong Yingzhen was born into the martial arts family Hong Dao Men on H Country's Chinatown. Due to his clumsy and accident-prone nature, he was ridiculed as a good-for-nothing. One day, Hong Yingzhen unexpectedly met his classmate Bao Dian and got to know Brother Bao of Zhongxiao Hall, getting embroiled in a conspiracy. A martial arts master, Chen, saw through Hong Yingzhen's potential as a martial arts prodigy and unblocked his meridians. Following Chen's advice, Hong Yingzhen hid in Peace Village, where he accidentally offended the local bully, Master Lin. To his surprise, Master Lin's backer turned out to be Brother Bao, reigniting the feud between Hong Yingzhen and Brother Bao.
