Detective Returns to Square One

Baimu Makoto (played by Hamada Gaku), a detective at the Furuta Police Station in Yamanashi Prefecture, is known as "Mr. Invisible" due to his lack of presence. Ten years ago, his beloved girlfriend Misaki (played by Ishii Anna) was killed in a case. Since then, he has watched his colleague Yoshioka (played by Suzuki Nobuyuki) climb the career ladder while his own life remains stagnant.
