Moonlit Journey: Answers in the Classics

Runa Nomiya (played by Haru), a transgender woman and owner of a mixed bar in Ginza, and Ryoko Sawatsuji (played by Kumiko Aso), a housewife troubled by her unfaithful husband and willful children, are two contrasting personalities who unexpectedly team up. After a chance encounter, they embark on a trip to Osaka to find Ryoko's ex-boyfriend from college. Along the way, they not only get entangled in a murder case but also use their knowledge of classic literature—from Natsume Soseki, Dazai Osamu, to Edogawa Ranpo—to gradually unravel the mystery, gaining insights into life's wisdom and the power of literature.
