The Testaments

Based on the novel of the same name by Margaret Atwood. Set fifteen years after the conclusion of The Handmaid's Tale, the story follows the experiences of two young women in Gilead: Agnes, a dutiful and devout girl, and Daisy, a newcomer from beyond Gilead's borders who has just arrived and converted. As they enter Aunt Lydia's elite preparatory school for future wives, obedience is instilled through cruel methods, always justified by sacred reasons. As they grow and explore within this gilded campus, the bond they form becomes the catalyst for a monumental upheaval that will completely overturn their past, present, and future.
