During a trip to Noto, Shii Kanade (Momo Fukuchi) is caught in an earthquake and cared for by Matsumoto (Masahiro Komoto). To repay his kindness, she is asked to host a disaster FM radio program, preparing broadcasts alongside housewife Ono Sakura (Takako Tokiwa), firefighter Nishikawa, and young man Tada. Matsumoto hopes they can encourage the disaster victims with laughter. As Kanade keeps trying, she and her companions gradually open up on air, and the radio station begins to restore warmth and strength to the community.
