Warmth in the Mountain Hollow

After graduating from college, Qiuxiang goes to a remote mountain village to teach. One day, deceived by someone she trusted, she is taken to an unfamiliar place and forced into a marriage with a villager named Ergou. Unwilling to accept this, she is locked in a woodshed. To find a chance to escape, she pretends to comply and flees under the pretext of going out. Ergou and his mother lead a chase, and in her panic, Qiuxiang encounters Pengpeng's father on his way to the market. She is rescued and taken to Pengpeng's home. Pengpeng and his younger sister take a liking to Qiuxiang, and their parents eventually agree to let her stay temporarily. However, early the next morning, Ergou and his men come looking for her, and Qiuxiang faces a new predicament.
