A Quiet Life

This film tells the story of Sergey and Natalia, political asylum seekers who flee Russia for Sweden. They bring their two daughters, Katya and Alina, hoping for a better life in Sweden. However, their hopes are shattered when their asylum request is denied. Struck by the rejection, their daughter Katya suddenly falls into a state of lethargy, also known as resignation syndrome, a medical mystery that primarily affects refugee children.
