The Shen family is falsely accused, and their legitimate daughter, Shen Jinghong, is reduced to a government slave—yet she is born with the rare power of eagle-eye resonance, able to bond heart-to-heart with eagles and falcons. From the mud, she tames a hunting eagle, builds the Eagle Guard in an abandoned border fort, and uses war eagles to spy on enemy movements a thousand miles away, repeatedly thwarting their schemes. When the crown prince frames her and an enemy nation invades, she leads her flock of eagles into the capital and the imperial court, exposing the treasonous conspiracy and clearing the Shen family's name. From prisoner to General of the Phoenix Plume, she wields eagles as her blade and her heart as her shield, ultimately safeguarding her homeland and proving that the Shen family's eagles will never submit to a cage.
