The snow is still falling, and two people's breath tangles together in the cold night. The ending of Season 1 pushed the female lead to the brink of collapse—the tenderness manufactured by AI became the sharpest knife. Now the male lead stands between the machine and his wife, his eyes full of struggle. She looks up at him, wet hair clinging to the side of her face, as if waiting for an answer, or as if waiting for him to make his choice once more. The opening of Season 2 gives no one room to breathe. When a virtual companion already knows how to serve the body better than a real person, a real marriage becomes the hardest battlefield of all. That gaze in the snowy night is both a reunion and the beginning of a new round of desire and betrayal. And some people simply want to possess that still-waiting woman fiercely and completely.
