On a rainy night, poor student Lin Chuan is called out as a broke loser by his girlfriend of three years, Zhou Mengyao, who slaps him and dumps him before driving off in a rich man's Maybach. Soaked and stumbling, Lin Chuan falls, and his childhood sweetheart Su Wanwan rushes to the barbecue stall to drink with him and help him home. In his drunken haze, she accidentally kisses him—only to ignite a fire that throws her straight into the lion's den.
