A soaking wet body suddenly appears in the pool at night. Yuri drags the person ashore; the stranger's chest still bears an unhealed wound. He calls himself Brian, yet refuses the hospital, refuses a blood transfusion, and only whispers: Don't let me smell your blood. Brian is a vampire who fled his clan, bound by the commandment his father left behind—never feed on human blood. But Yuri's scent is like a curse, dragging him back from the edge of reason again and again. Meanwhile, Lucius, Yuri's childhood friend, senses something amiss. His werewolf instincts make him want both to protect Yuri and to tear this intruder apart. The old clan from the forest comes knocking, and beneath the mask there is only one question: Tell me about your father. Brian answers: Then take it from my corpse. By day it is ball games and school uniforms; by night it is blood pacts and standoffs. Yuri gradually discovers that he is no ordinary human—a dual bloodline awakens in both pain and kisses. Three people are bound together on the same rope by fate: one wants to use him as medicine, one wants to make him family, and he only wants to ask—where exactly did you fall from?
