Fifteen years ago, a catastrophe killed off most men under fifty, leaving society with a severely skewed gender ratio of about 1:10. To halt the plummeting birth rate, the government enacted the Mandatory Pregnancy Quota Law, requiring men aged twenty and older to help multiple women conceive. Ordinary office worker Li Junhao is selected as the policy's "Experimental Administrator No. 1." Granted special privileges, he can be intimate with any woman, anytime, anywhere, without consequence—his sole mission: impregnate at least five women before his birthday. Fail, and he may be sent to a government-run "stud facility" for forced breeding shifts.
