As all-powerful tech products increasingly enter the world of childhood, a batch of tech-savvy new characters make a grand debut: Hopper, a frog-shaped smart tablet; Dot, a cute navigation toy; Snap, an energetic camera toy; and Poot, a hilarious little jokester.
