Drawing Until the End of Life

High school girl Ai Kaiho loves reading manga, especially Yano's "Machine Tai and Tanuki Tai." Her Japanese teacher, Tejima, scolds her for wasting her life and claims manga is all fiction. After confiscating her manga, Tejima points out the struggles of the manga industry, but Ai insists she made friends exactly as described in the manga. Later, Ai learns Yano is releasing a sequel and goes alone to Comike to buy it, discovering that Yano is actually Tejima. She begs him to teach her how to draw manga.
