Just a Meal Together

This drama is adapted from the同名 manga by Omachi Terrace, depicting a love story where married men and women living unfulfilled daily lives are drawn to each other through delicious food. Sawada Tagi, a cooking instructor, feels empty as her husband shows no interest in cooking and never praises her dishes. On the other hand, magazine editor Saito Rei is anxious about the days of eating frozen food at home and the lack of understanding from his wife when he wants to cook homemade meals for his daughter who hates vegetables. These two married individuals, unsatisfied in their diets, meet through work, cook together, and share meals, filling the void in each other's hearts. Just a meal together. One step further is hell.
