A Town Where Forget-Me-Nots Bloom

The story follows young nurse Mikoto Tsukigaoka (Riko Fukumoto), who strives to connect with her patients, and intern doctor Shotaro Kanso (Araki Sugo), who loves flowers but is a bit clumsy. Working on the front lines of medical care in Azumino, a region facing a rapidly aging population, they confront the harsh realities of geriatric medicine and end-of-life care. Torn between prolonging life and accompanying patients through death, they grapple with the meaning of humanity and existence. Through encounters and farewells with various patients, they gradually come to understand what it means to live well and how to approach life's end, slowly uncovering the true essence of medicine.
