Into the Role

Adapted from Tong Zi's novel "Into the Role." Zhang Zhun, an actor seeking a career breakthrough, auditions for the film "Into the Role" and encounters Zhen Xin, a young and accomplished actor. Is it arrogance or a lack of boundaries? Facing Zhen Xin's escalating advances, Zhang Zhun can't figure him out but has to endure. He eventually lands the role, and within the film, they engage in a passionate battle of desire as doctor and patient. But who would have thought that Zhen Xin would kiss him off-screen? From that moment on, who has truly fallen into the role—on or off set?
