In the 1970s, Hong Yingzhen was born into the martial arts family Hongdao Sect in Chinatown, H Country. Due to his mediocre performance in martial arts, he was ridiculed as a waste by everyone. By chance, Hong Yingzhen met his classmate Bao Dian and got to know Brother Bao of Zhongxiao Hall, getting involved in a conspiracy. The martial arts master Chen had long seen Hong Yingzhen as a potential martial arts prodigy, so he unblocked his meridians. Following Chen's advice, Hong Yingzhen hid in Peace Village. There, he accidentally provoked the local bully Master Lin. Unexpectedly, Master Lin's backer turned out to be Brother Bao, reigniting the feud between Hong Yingzhen and Brother Bao.
