Hunting Evil

Seven years ago, detective Wu Xiaoguang (Pan Binlong) narrowly missed capturing serial carjacker and murderer Zhang Bin (Bao Beier). After fleeing with his wife Wu Qianqian (Clara), Zhang Bin remained at large, but when his terminally ill son's matching donor is snatched away, he reignites his murderous intent, targeting the billionaire Liu Xiaoming behind the charity gala. Meanwhile, Guan Chao (Zhao Runnan), who was protected by his brother Guan Lin (Shi Xiaolong) from Zhang Bin's clutches, has grown up and secretly shadows Wu Xiaoguang's every move, seeking revenge.
