Low-IQ Crime

Zhang Yiang, a cop who's been off the frontline for years, gets sent to Sanjiangkou to investigate an anonymous tip. Soon after arriving, the local detective captain is murdered. Clearing his own name, Zhang accidentally nabs a serial killer and quickly builds a reputation. He sets his sights on local tycoon Zhou Rong's gang, but the bumbling crooks' infighting creates a butterfly effect that helps Zhang's team score win after win.
