Island Shadows (New Version) Season 2

Based on the original series created by Robert Banks Stewart, starring John Nettles, which aired on the BBC for nine seasons from 1981 to 1991, this modern remake pays homage to the iconic detective drama but adds a contemporary twist, plunging Bergerac into a complex, high-stakes police investigation that challenges his core beliefs. He will be forced to confront his own demons while trying to save his family and career. Unlike the original hit series of the 80s, the new series will feature a single-character-driven murder mystery spanning six episodes, rather than a new storyline in each episode.
