Love in Silom

Kari, a handsome young police officer from a Chinese family, outwardly follows his father's wishes by enrolling in the police academy and rising to become a senior officer, yet he never truly wanted this life. Bound by loyalty to his parents, he never disobeys them, even feeling guilty about smoking if his mother catches him. His family strongly opposes same-sex relationships, with his father threatening to harm him if he dates a man, so Kari keeps his relationship with his boyfriend a secret. He wholeheartedly supports his boyfriend's dream of becoming an idol, but after achieving success, the boyfriend cruelly abandons him, leaving Kari heartbroken and disillusioned with love. Wayu, a charismatic student burdened with severe family issues, is neglected by his parents and takes care of his sister, who elopes with another man after getting pregnant, leaving her child behind. Forced to take on the responsibility of raising the child, Wayu starts working at a nightclub on a friend's recommendation. One day, when Wayu gets into a dispute with a client, Kari comes to his rescue, and their fates begin to intertwine. Wayu feels warmth and admiration for Kari for the first time and is determined to see him again, frequently visiting the police station. Initially indifferent, Kari gradually begins to encourage Wayu through his family hardships, and as their conversations deepen, they find solace in each other.
