Waves of Life

Once the undisputed boss of a small town, Huang Rongfa (Huang Bo) now has a sharp tongue but weak legs, entering life's hard mode. Yet he and his family refuse to be swept away by fate's storms. His son, Heigeda (Fan Chengcheng), seems like the only laid-back one in the Huang family, but secretly schemes to get rich and straighten out his father. His bold and crafty daughter, Huang Jiaojiao (Li Jiaqi), and the resourceful great-grandma (Liu Xuehua) each pull off tricks that spark laughter.
