Fatal Vows

If 'Carrie' is a horror fable about a girl's metamorphosis into a woman, and 'Rosemary's Baby' is a chilling take on a woman's transformation into a mother, then 'Fatal Vows' uses the horror genre to tell the story of a woman heading into marriage. Rachel is set to walk down the aisle in five days. She and her fiancé Nick embark on a road trip to his family's secluded cabin deep in the snowy woods, where they plan to hold an intimate wedding for just the two of them—a romantic ceremony they've always dreamed of. Everything should be perfect, but Rachel, naturally superstitious and paranoid, can't shake a gnawing sense of dread: something terrible is about to happen. Her growing unease, compounded by a series of eerie coincidences and spine-chilling incidents, forces her to question: What truly makes two people soulmates?
