Return from the Open Sea

Shen Nian, the daughter of the Shen Group, witnessed a cruel betrayal by her beloved husband and her best friend. Pregnant, she was drugged into sleep and thrown into the open sea, locked inside a cold shipping container. In overwhelming despair, it was the tiny life inside her belly that kept her alive. After a harrowing survival ordeal, she gave birth at sea—and the one who rescued her was none other than her brother Shen Haoran, who was supposed to be dead. Time passes, and at her husband and best friend's lavish wedding, Shen Nian and her brother return from hell itself, armed with ironclad evidence. The villains panic and turn on each other in ugly betrayal. As a terrifying conspiracy to seize the family fortune is exposed to the light of day, her father—supposedly gravely ill—quietly rises to his feet. What will become of the ultimate reckoning the Shen family has set in motion?
