My Ghostly Roommate

Ah Qiang, an ordinary office worker, rents a run-down apartment and starts living with Ah Xiao, a ghost who is bound to the place. Their dual cultivation brings real fortune and wealth—until they realize the luck is being drained from the people around them. The horrifying truth: the house was rigged with an energy-siphoning formation five years ago, and Ah Xiao is nothing but a vessel. The sorcerer gives Ah Qiang three days to hand her over. In a final gamble, Ah Qiang sacrifices his own good fortune to shatter the formation. The bonuses vanish, and Ah Xiao still can't leave the house—but Ah Qiang chooses to walk through the door every day.
