Li Chunni, a master craftswoman of gambiered gauze in ancient times, unexpectedly travels to the 1980s and takes the place of a same-named woman with a notorious reputation. Breaking through others' prejudice and overcoming funding shortages, a lack of workspace, and rivals' sabotage, she revives the nearly lost art of xiangyun sha. Along the way, she and her husband Lu Jianjun clear up their misunderstandings and learn to understand and support each other.
