The Nanny's Trap

Businesswoman Li Shishi lives alone in her villa and lets a wolf through the door: her housekeeper, Auntie Zhang, has her sights set on her fortune. She drags her son Zhang Bin in for a forced matchmaking session, drugs Li Shishi unconscious, and he breaks in and assaults her. Li Shishi sees through the drugged milk, but Zhang Bin knocks her out, leaving her trapped in her bedroom and out of reach. Auntie Zhang seals the door, poses as the in-laws, and parades relatives through the house to show off her newfound wealth, building layer upon layer of lies to bury the crime. Alarmed, Li's mother rushes over, trusts her instincts, and sees through the deception; together with Li Shaoqiang she takes an axe to the door, while her boyfriend Jiang Feng storms into the villa and exposes the scheme. In the end, the group rescues the unconscious Li Shishi, and Auntie Zhang and her son turn on each other before facing the law. One terrifying night in the villa — and justice finally arrives.
