From One Cigarette to Seven People Squeezed on One Big Bed

After his girlfriend cheats on him and his career collapses, protagonist Lu Zhi ends up homeless on the streets. At a convenience store he runs into Lin Xiaoxue, a "spiritual girl" with only 4 yuan and 30 cents to her name, and accidentally activates the "Spend on Spiritual Girls Refund System"—every cent he spends on them can earn him 10 to 1000 times the money back. Lu Zhi follows Lin Xiaoxue to the rundown old apartment she shares with five sisters, and meets five other "spiritual girls" with wildly different personalities.
