Lies by the High-Speed Rail Window

Outside the window, the scenery races backward, while inside the carriage the distance between them slowly disappears. Strangers at first, merely seatmates, they begin with an awkward glance and soon their breathing falls out of rhythm. The cramped space makes every slight touch of skin feel glaring, and desire ignites in the silence. One boards the train with carefully prepared lies, while the other gradually lowers their guard in the warmth of ambiguity. Forbidden encounters on a journey are never just coincidence. When the high-speed train becomes a makeshift bed, when the view by the window is replaced by passion, the vortex of lies and lust truly begins.
