Riding on Mom's Coattails

After my father went bankrupt and fled, my mother Lin Wanqiu and I depended on each other. By day, she was the mother who took care of my life. At night, we maintained a forbidden relationship that could never be known to outsiders. I always believed her body and her secrets belonged only to me. Until her old classmate became my boss. He gave me a high salary and a company car, then visited our home that very night. Mother told me to go upstairs and hide while she stayed in the living room to entertain him. But I didn't leave. I hid in the shadows of the staircase and watched with my own eyes as my boss took possession of my mother. And she knew full well that I was watching the whole time.
