This Promotion Path Is Thick and Wide

The male lead is a low-level worker who is publicly slandered in front of the whole company by his busty female boss, who accuses him of peeking up her skirt. But on his way home, he happens to witness a car accident—and the driver turns out to be none other than the busty female boss. The male lead seizes the leverage and threatens her, insisting on a passionate romp right there in the car.
