I Made the Flight Attendant Kneel and Apologize

An aisle on China Eastern Airlines. The meal cart lightly brushes against his elbow. She says sorry; he says it's too late. The whole cabin is watching. He says: unless you kneel. Lin Wanning kneels once, then again. Her skirt hem bunches up to her thighs, her work badge still on her chest. All she feels is endless humiliation. She runs into the restroom in tears; the door isn't locked tight. In the cramped space, her stockings are torn open bit by bit. First her mouth, then her hands, and finally her whole body is pressed against the sink. Footsteps pass outside the door; neither dares make a sound. He says: Don't worry, I won't complain about you. After we land, I'll give you a good review. She can only reply: Thank you, sir.
