Sergeant Ma Jun of the Major Crimes Unit is hell-bent on bringing down criminals, but his aggressive tactics often cross the line. The police have been gathering evidence against the ruthless Vietnamese brothers—Ah Cha, Tony, and Ah Hu—and send undercover cop Watson to infiltrate their gang. The brothers are vicious and will stop at nothing to eliminate their enemies. When Ah Cha is arrested, Tony sees through Watson's cover and takes him and other witnesses hostage to free his brother. With Watson's girlfriend Qiu Di also in their clutches, Watson is forced to drop the charges. Now, Ma Jun must use Ah Cha as leverage to rescue Watson and his girlfriend.
