A Simple Love
Adapted from the homonymous manga, this story follows the love journey of Furuhara Kazuyoshi and Tokei Kaori, two awkward people in a superior-inferior relationship. Kazuyoshi avoids deep connections with others due to past psychological trauma, while Kaori believes she can't fall in love. Respecting Kazuyoshi as a professional, Kaori starts spending time with him outside of work, fueled by their shared love for movies. Unaware that their relationship would deepen further, Kaori is surprised when, under the influence of alcohol, Kazuyoshi confesses he is gay. This heartfelt portrayal captures the gentle and awkward nature of love.
